Capacity-building and support of older adults in Europe for green engagement is crucial for promoting resilience and healthy lifestyles. “Adults for Future” is dedicated to engaging seniors in green practices through activism and addressing the challenges they face. Our goal is to empower adult educators and education centres to engage older adults in environmental education while strengthening their role in environmental citizenship.
Our objectives
Improve understanding
of how older adults can actively engage in pro-environmental practices by redefining activism to fit their context and challenges.
Improve older adults’
engagement in environmental education by supporting adult educators and centres to improve their practices.
