Intergenerational cooking – making children aware of traditional products
How can younger and older generations collaborate? Of course, by cooking together!
As Polygonal team, we are very happy to facilitate cooking classes within Adults For Future project, and make all participants aware of the importance of a balanced diet! Not only – it is important to value the traditional recipes and habits that have made Italy one of the countries with the widest biodiversity in the world in terms of variety of products.
In this sense, we have collaborated with the elderly centre “Argento Vivo” and planned 4 different meetings to have children and “grandparents” to work together! Results have been extraordinary, with lots of fun!
